In 1996 David Needleman Consulting Pharmacist(retired) and Homeopath established The Homeopathic Helpline, a premium, professional, urgent advice and locum service for Homeopaths, Patients, the general public and Health Professionals alike. This service runs from 9.00am to midnight, every day of the year. He passed the helpline on to Swift in January 2026 and they run it in a similar manner . 
Calls are billed by Digital Select at the rate of £1.55 per minute plus your providers access charge. Calls from mobiles can be more expensive.
To date the line has responded to over 350,000 calls, and many people do phone back to thank us for the advice and the response they have had to the suggested remedies.
